Job summary

Pepper Source, Ltd. is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift. The role requires operating packaging equipment, inspecting output, and performing minor adjustments to ensure production targets are met.

Overtime may be required based on needs. Hours are 2:45pm-11:15pm with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour. Candidates should have high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical understanding, and be able to speak/read/write English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; mechanical aptitude and ability to read operating instructions.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English; follow safety and work procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math and operate touchscreen systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery; start, monitor, and adjust as needed.
• Inspect finished packs for specification compliance; report issues.
• Feed product to conveyors; mount supplies and perform minor repairs.
