Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC in Seelyville, Terre Haute, IN is seeking a Machine Operator I for 2nd or 3rd shift to set up and operate packaging equipment, perform changeovers, and ensure product quality according to customer requirements.

You will document results, perform wash/changeover of equipment, and comply with GMPs and HACCP. High school diploma or equivalent and 18+ years old are required; ability to lift 40 lbs and overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP program or willingness to learn.
• Sufficient math skills to calculate material quantities for orders.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate set ups on equipment for product runs.
• Operates and adjusts equipment to meet quality specs.
• Inspects and tests packages; documents results.
• Stages and checks materials for quick changeovers.
• Completes and maintains required documentation.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
