SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking dependable Machine Operators for the 3rd shift (8:30PM-5PM) in Milwaukee. Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, with responsibilities including operating packaging equipment and supporting line changeovers.

Qualified candidates will have machine operation or food manufacturing experience, enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and follow GMP and safety guidelines during production.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or food manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Packaging equipment experience is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment to maintain continuous production.
• Work with equipment such as fillers, pouch machines, cartoners, labelers, cappers, sealers, checkweighers, scales, and metal detectors.
• Monitor production lines and make adjustments to keep equipment operating efficiently.
• Assist setup team members with line changeovers and equipment setup.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support other packaging lines as needed.
• Set up, operate, disassemble, and clean machinery according to established procedures.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality control guidelines, and all safety procedures.
