Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (12:30pm-8:30pm) in Saint Francis, WI. You will set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging equipment, performing preventive maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities include inspecting packaging materials, ensuring seal integrity and print quality, and maintaining safe, efficient operation in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with packaging machinery and the ability to read specifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.

• Seal integrity and weight control checks.
• Monitor metal detection and X-Ray processes for quality and safety.
• Ensure box and label print quality and overall packaging integrity.

Job description

Machine Operator Shift: 2nd, (12:30pm-8:30pm)

Pay: $17.50-$25/hr (Based on experience)

The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks; set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines. The Machine Operator will also be responsible for inspecting incoming supplied packaging material to its finished product in accordance with our specifications.
