LocationMarkesan, WIYour day at DidionYou clock in, review the handoff, and bring the packaging and bulk load-out lines up to speed. Throughout the shift, you keep product moving safely and efficiently—watching gauges and HMIs, making quick mechanical adjustments, and staying a step ahead of issues before they affect production. You hop on a forklift to stage materials, load or unload trailers, and support warehouse flow. Between runs, you lead deep cleaning and sanitation. Along the way, you capture accurate shipment and production data, complete quality checks and samples, and partner with maintenance and operations to boost reliability. You finish the day knowing you kept equipment humming and customers supplied.Schedule & compensationAvailable Shifts: 3pm–1am Monday–Thursday; 6am–6pm Friday, Saturday, and SundayPay: $22–$25 per hour (plus premium for 2nd and weekend shifts)What you’ll handleRun and monitor packaging and bulk load-out equipment for smooth, safe productionPerform basic mechanical troubleshooting, adjustments, and preventive maintenance on pack line equipmentSupport bulk load-out and warehouse operations, including forklift driving and loading/unloading shipmentsSpot and resolve equipment or process issues proactivelyComplete quality checks, prepare samples, and finish required production paperworkAccurately enter shipment and production data in internal systemsExecute deep cleaning and sanitation between production runsCollaborate with maintenance and operations to improve reliability and efficiencyAdvance your technical skill set through ongoing training and developmentWhat you bringHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; technical/mechanical training preferredManufacturing background, ideally in a food-safe or regulated settingHands-on skill in troubleshooting equipment and performing basic maintenanceForklift experience (or willingness to certify quickly)Comfort working independently as the go-to operator on your shiftStrong problem-solving habits and attention to detailAble to lift up to 55 lbs, climb ladders, and work in hot, cold, or dusty environmentsDedication to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvementSkills you’ll useEquipment TroubleshootingTroubleshooting SkillsFood and Beverage ManufacturingBlendingExcellent Communication SkillsWhy DidionJoin a team that feeds the world and fuels progress.
