Job summary

Albaugh, LLC is seeking a Lead, Pick and Pull operator in Saint Joseph, MO. The role focuses on order picking, preparing product for shipment, and leading the day-to-day packaging line operations.

You will supervise shift, ensure safety, operate equipment, handle raw materials, and support environmental health and safety principles. Previous manufacturing experience and forklift familiarity are preferred, with strong teamwork and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and control equipment and instrumentation safely in the manufacturing unit.
• Maintain and monitor process equipment according to procedures.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping in operating areas.
• Receive and process raw materials to produce finished products.
• Lead day-to-day shift operations of the packaging line.
• Coordinate assignments to ensure smooth process operation.
