Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in packaging/manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Detail-oriented with strong safety focus.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment such as form-fill-seal machines.
• Set up machines for production runs and adjust for size, weight, and material type.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and report to maintenance or supervision.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following sanitation guidelines.
• Complete production and quality documentation as required.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
