Job summary

Altium Packaging is hiring a Production/Packaging Associate I for the 3rd shift in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on safe production practices, bottle inspections, and maintaining orderly workstations.

You will monitor conveyors, clear jams, and ensure correct labeling and packaging per customer requirements. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and completion of the Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Demonstrates a Teamwork attitude by working well and effectively with others.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
• Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
