Job summary

You will work with teammates to keep production on track, identify issues, and maintain safety and compliance standards. We offer shift options starting at 12 PM or later with a $3/hr differential, bonuses, vacation and sick time, a 401(k) with 4% match, and

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Strong attention to quality with the ability to inspect products for defects.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Comfortable working with materials, inventory systems, and scanning processes.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong reliability and accountability.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed.
