Job summary

Boone Center, Inc. is hiring a Production Line Worker in Moscow Mills, MO. You will perform bench, conveyor, or assembly tasks to meet safety, quality, and quantity standards while assisting with safety and training of employees with disabilities.

The schedule is Monday–Thursday 7:00am–3:30pm and Friday 6:00am–2:30pm; pay is $16 per hour. Benefits include paid holidays, leave, PTO, and health/dental/vision coverage, plus retirement and disability plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow and remember instructions.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and packaging tasks on a fast-paced line.
• Pack and inspect products with or without tools and equipment.
• Sort, label, and handle items across production lines.
• Switch between lines efficiently to maintain productivity.
• Assist supervisors in training and coaching fellow team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and report issues.
