Job summary

Schreiber Foods in Beloit, WI is seeking a Manufacturing & Operations professional to operate and clean downline packaging equipment on a 6am-6:30pm 2-2-3 rotation. You will ensure GMP adherence, sanitation per master plan, and coordinate label/product changes.

Maintain documentation and support safety initiatives while contributing to overall productivity. The role requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs, a strong mechanical aptitude, and flexibility to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and cleaning of the downline packaging equipment (conveyors, labelers, drop packer, taper, palletizer, case erector).
• Comply with GMP and Safe Food Handling Policies.
• Cleaning and CIP functions on the downstream equipment and surrounding area per sanitation plan.
• Coordinate label and product changes on the downstream equipment.
• Report safety or maintenance issues to supervisor via work orders.
• Participate in the safety program.
• Follow internal policies (GMP, attendance, productivity).
• Complete job-related training on schedule.
• Maintain high productivity and comply with position requirements.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment safely.
• Document and recordkeep in RedZone.
• Ensure equipment runs at budgeted efficiency.
• Help palletize product for warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisor.
