Job summary

Schreiber Foods in Beloit, WI is seeking a production/filler operator for a 6am–6:30pm shift on a 2-2-3 rotation. You will operate and monitor dairy filling equipment, perform setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance, and ensure product quality and safety.

You will document CCP checks, participate in start-up and troubleshooting, and help optimize line performance while maintaining clean work areas and accurate records. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and pass safety training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to be Lockout Tagout (LOTO) certified.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production filler equipment to ensure food safety and quality.
• Safely set up, operate and clean filler machines; perform basic PMs.
• Manually document quality checks and CCP verifications as required.
• Handle changeovers and line clears; assist with troubleshooting and jams.
• Maintain logs, inventory and clean work area; report unsafe conditions.
