• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely packs finished goods and prepares product for shipment.
• Feeds material into machines and inspects products for defects.
• Performs quality checks and ensures correct counts for different sizes and packs.
• Makes minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and maintain quality.
• Replaces tape in hand tapers and automatic sealing machinery.
• Ensures proper labels and correct positioning of finished goods or WIP.
• Maintains good housekeeping and safe, clean work areas.
• Reports health, safety, hygiene, quality, and efficiency issues to supervisor.
• Completes paperwork accurately and promptly.
