Novolex in Moorhead, MN is seeking a Hot Press Operator on the Day Shift (7:00 am–7:00 pm) with rotating weekends. Immediate hire. Responsible for safe machine operation, quality control, and accurate shift documentation. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem solving are essential.
• Ability to read production data and use measurement tools.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and safety compliance are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate thermoforming machines safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines to correct defects and improve quality.
• Document shift end reporting including crew time and production quantities.
• Support and guide less experienced team members as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow standard work and safety guidelines.
