Baxters North America, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to support line operations in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves keeping machinery clean, monitoring codes and materials, and ensuring safety protocols are followed on a 1st shift.

You will load and verify cartons/films, communicate code changes to packers, and coordinate with inspectors and mechanics to keep the line running efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift 60-75 lbs as part of daily duties.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsabilités

• Keep machines clean and in good running condition; record usage, downtime and jams.
• Load cartons/film correctly and relay new code to packers.
• Inform inspectors when a new code can be loaded and adjust codes on printers.
• Check pouch and carton codes after changes; verify glue.
• Notify mechanic of machine problems and clean up at shift end.
• Monitor glue pots, ink, and line processing; complete required paperwork.
