McLane Company is seeking a skilled Case Sealer Mechanic to maintain and troubleshoot equipment at our Temple distribution center. You will oversee semi-automatic and fully automatic case sealers, adjust tape heads, replace cartridges, and resolve feeding and folding issues on packaging lines.

The role requires 1+ years of packaging machinery experience, mechanical aptitude, and availability for early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of packaging machinery experience.
• Mechanical aptitude for adjusting tape head pressures and case guides.
• Understanding of hot melt glue systems as an alternative to tape.
• Ability to perform changeovers for different case sizes.
• Must be available for early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain semi-automatic and fully automatic case sealers.
• Adjust top and bottom tape heads.
• Replace tape cartridges and drive components.
• Troubleshoot case feeding and flap folding issues on packaging lines.
