Job summary

Eagle Foods is seeking a Packaging Manager to lead all packaging operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production of finished goods while meeting customer, quality, service, and cost expectations.

You will partner closely with production, maintenance, engineering, quality, procurement, supply planning, warehouse, and R&D to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and build a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; ME or Food Science preferred.
• 7 years manufacturing or food production experience.
• 5 years in supervisory/leadership role in manufacturing.
• Experience with OSHA, ISO, FDA compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and GMPs.
• Lead packaging operations to meet safety, quality, cost targets.
• Develop and monitor packaging KPIs (OEE, downtime, waste).
• Coach Packaging Technicians and Leads.
• Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Ensure audit readiness and support audits.
