Job summary

Walmart is expanding its third company-owned milk processing facility to serve over 750 stores across Texas and surrounding states. This state-of-the-art operation will produce Great Value and Member’s Mark dairy products with milk sourced from Texas farms.

We are seeking motivated team members who will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in production, inventory, and order fulfillment. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a large retailer.

Qualifications

• 1 year’s experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 1 year’s experience with HACCP, GMP, OSHA, and SQF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment by following Walmart policies.
• Demonstrate understanding of production techniques and processes in assigned area.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and are produced per company standards.
• Manage inventory including receiving, stocking, and ordering materials as needed.
• Follow recipes and preparation instructions to meet quality standards.
• Manage time to complete tasks efficiently and prepare products for orders.
• Lead by example, guiding and supporting other associates as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
