Job summary

Walmart is expanding with its third company-owned milk processing facility to serve over 750 stores across Texas and surrounding states. This state‑of‑the‑art facility will produce high‑quality milk products under Great Value and Member’s Mark, using milk sourced primarily from Texas dairy farmers.

The responsibilities include developing and interpreting material flow control reports, coordinating with management for continuous improvements, and ensuring accurate operation of material handling

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and interprets material flow control system reports to maintain the system and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborates with management to determine appropriate changes for continuous improvement.
• Monitors the color-coded display closely and corrects logic errors in the material flow control system.
• Processes or handles product on the material handling system per procedures.
• Monitors the color-coded display to identify errors and directs appropriate manufacturing resources to address errors.
• Communicates progress and information to multiple levels of management and coordinates actions to address improvements.
• Adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.
