Job summary

Walmart is expanding with its third company-owned milk processing facility to serve over 750 stores across Texas and surrounding states. This state-of-the-art facility will produce high-quality milk products under Great Value and Member’s Mark, using milk sourced primarily from Texas dairy farmers.

Qualifications

• 1 year's experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with HACCP, GMP, OSHA, and SQF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
• Maintains a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to Walmart policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates advanced understanding of production techniques and processes in an assigned area.
• Ensures quality standards are met and products are produced in accordance with company standards.
• Manages inventory including receiving, stocking and ordering materials as needed.
• Accurately follows recipes and preparation instructions to ensure all products meet company quality standards.
• Leads by example, providing guidance and support to other associates.
• Maintains accurate records and reports including production reports, inventory levels, and employee performance.
