Job summary

Summit Products is seeking a Packaging Lead to ensure all orders are complete and ready for shipment. You will verify that each order includes all components, instructions, toolkits, and any extras specified, and you will review outgoing orders for accuracy.

You will maintain a safe, organized workspace, support a team, and help optimize inventory flow while using provided tools to complete production tasks. The role emphasizes punctuality, teamwork, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Computer knowledge to complete basic tasks.
• Ability to lift 15-70 lbs.
• Must be punctual and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
