Job summary

The position involves ensuring production targets are met, coaching team members, and adhering to all food safety policies. Requires high school diploma or GED and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the U.S. for production facilities.
• Must be 18 years or older to work in a production facility.
• Basic computer usage and data entry skills.
• Ability to perform physical duties (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling).
• Overtime including weekends or holidays with notice.

Responsibilities

• Follow packaging schedules and cover unplanned events.
• Improve TE by analyzing changeovers and reducing downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance, create work orders in SAP.
• Prepare shift reports and escalate concerns promptly.
• Coach personnel and maintain safety and cleanliness.
