Job summary

Delrin USA, LLC is seeking a Material Handling Operator in Parkersburg, WV to monitor and operate packaging equipment and forklifts in a 24/7 rotating shift. You will ensure quality and conformance with SOPs, perform basic maintenance, and lead packaging staff in daily tasks.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, wear PPE, and work at heights. Experience with packaging equipment or fork trucks is preferred.

Qualifications

• Willing to work a 24/7 rotating schedule including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Observe machine operations to ensure product quality and conformance.
• Monitor the packaging line to prevent jams and backups.
• Stack finished items and wrap pallets with automated equipment.
• Stock packaging supplies and replenish as needed.
• Perform minor maintenance on area equipment.
• Lead packaging employees in daily tasks.
• Maintain housekeeping.
