ofi North America, a leader in food ingredients, seeks a Packaging Lead in Boardman, Oregon. Reporting to Packaging Supervisor, you will coordinate the packaging department, lead a team, and ensure packaging, labeling, and weights meet specifications.

You will train staff on safety and sanitation, drive KPI-focused improvements, and collaborate with Quality and Maintenance to uphold GMP and HACCP standards in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is desired.

Responsabilités

• Assign packaging team responsibilities with production goals and quality expectations.
• Train and mentor team on safety and sanitary operation.
• Ensure packaging products are sealed to specification and weights are accurate.
• Maintain real-time communication with supervisor to ensure smooth operation.
• Support KPIs to sustain and improve operations (Safety, Quality, Efficiency).
