Job summary

The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Packaging Manager to oversee all packaging operations, lead the team, and ensure on-time delivery of beer in bottles, cans, and kegs.

You will manage materials, inventory, and collaborate with production and distribution teams to meet weekly goals while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant workplace. This role offers growth opportunities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all packaging operations: scheduling runs, leading the team, and managing materials and inventory.
• Maintain packaging records in Excel and Ekos; ensure accurate depletion from inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement in packaging efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with Brewing, Cellaring, Warehouse, Taproom, and Sales to meet weekly production plans.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing development for packaging staff and maintain a safe work environment.
