Job summary

The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery is seeking a Packaging Technician to support the day-to-day packaging operations in Charlotte. You will operate bottling, canning, and kegging lines, palletize finished products, and ensure accurate paperwork to keep production moving.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks at various stations on the bottling, canning, and kegging lines.
• Neatly palletize product from the packaging lines.
• Complete required paperwork accurately, neatly, and in a timely manner.
• Clean and fill growlers.
• Support QC sample collection.
• Assist with inspection and maintenance of equipment.
• Follow all operational and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
