Job summary

Cresco Labs, including Sunnyside dispensaries, is seeking a hands-on supervisor in our fast-paced production environment. The role supports shift leaders by training staff, leading teams, and ensuring accurate packaging, labeling and quality checks.

You will help maintain safety standards and carry out tasks with precision during daily operations. The position emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while meeting strict standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Demonstrated experience training, leading and/or mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred.
• Strong Leadership skills with effective communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work in a changing environment and adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and POS applications is a plus.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

CORE JOB DUTIES

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Pay Range

$19.50-$19.50 USD
