Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Clerk to support warehouse operations at Western Builders Supply in Billings, MT.

You will coordinate daily repackaging, monitor work orders, perform quality checks, and assist with inventory accuracy while maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Responsibilities include cycle counts, collaboration with Inside Sales on claims, Lean daily management reporting, and general packing or shelving tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to perform accurate cycle counts and quality checks.
• Detail-oriented with strong adherence to safety procedures.
• Collaborates well with internal teams and communicates clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, enter, monitor, and communicate daily repackaging work orders.
• Perform quality checks to ensure repackaged products meet standards.
• Conduct cycle counts and support accurate inventory levels.
• Assist with customer claim resolution and inventory research.
• Support Lean daily management reporting and safe warehouse practices.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks including pulling orders and stocking.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
