Job summary

Western Builders Supply is seeking a Packaging Clerk to coordinate daily repackaging activities and help maintain accurate inventory levels. You will create and monitor work orders, perform quality checks, and assist with resolving customer claims, working closely with warehouse and Inside Sales teams.

The role supports lean daily management reporting and requires adherence to safety standards while performing general warehouse duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, enter, monitor, and communicate daily repackaging work orders.
• Perform quality checks to ensure repackaged products meet established standards.
• Conduct cycle counts and support accurate inventory levels.
• Assist with customer claim resolution, including inventory research and communication with Inside Sales.
• Support Lean daily management reporting and general warehouse tasks.
