Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Clerk to support warehouse operations at Western Builders Supply in Billings, MT.

You will coordinate daily repackaging, monitor work orders, perform quality checks, and assist with inventory accuracy while maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Responsibilities include cycle counts, collaboration with Inside Sales on claims, Lean daily management reporting, and general packing or shelving tasks as needed.

Formación

• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to perform accurate cycle counts and quality checks.
• Detail-oriented with strong adherence to safety procedures.
• Collaborates well with internal teams and communicates clearly.

The Packaging Clerk supports warehouse operations by coordinating daily repackaging activities and helping maintain accurate inventory levels. This position creates and monitors work orders, performs quality checks and cycle counts, and assists with resolving customer claims. The Packaging Clerk works closely with warehouse and internal teams to support an efficient, safe, and organized operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize, enter, monitor, and communicate daily repackaging work orders and activities.
• Perform quality checks to ensure repackaged products meet established standards.
• Conduct cycle counts and support accurate inventory levels.
• Assist with customer claim resolution, including inventory research and communication with Inside Sales.
• Assist with Lean daily management reporting.
• Maintain established safety standards and follow applicable warehouse procedures.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed, including pulling orders, packaging/jarring screws, stocking or relocating product, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
