SriSai Biopharmaceutical Solutions, LLC is seeking a hands-on Packaging & Labeling Supervisor to lead GMP packaging, labeling, aliquoting, and warehouse activities in a regulated environment.

You will supervise daily operations on the floor, ensure accurate documentation, and drive continuous improvement while coaching associates and coordinating with QA, QA, and cross-functional teams to meet schedule and quality standards.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in pharma, biopharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP-regulated operations.
• Hands-on experience with packaging and labeling operations.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, material handling, or distribution.
• Experience with aliquoting, pipetting, sample handling, or sample preparation.
• Strong understanding of cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Experience reviewing operational documentation, inventory records, batch records, or controlled forms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a regulated environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation.

Mansioni

• Oversee packaging and labeling operations per SOPs, batch records, and cGMP.
• Verify products, samples, and materials are identified, packaged, labeled, and documented.
• Review line clearances, label issuance, reconciliation, logs, and production docs.
• Coordinate with QA to resolve deviations and non-conformances.
• Lead training and qualification of packaging/labeling staff.
• Support aliquoting, sample handling, and adherence to aseptic controls.
• Maintain label accountability, traceability, and inventory accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across packaging and warehouse.
