Job summary

Altronix Corp. in New York, NY is seeking a production associate to perform packaging, labeling and sorting duties in a fast-paced indoor manufacturing environment.

Duties include assembling packaging, inspecting materials for conformance, and handling transport preparation, with work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.

Hourly pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.00, with potential increase after the 90th day; we offer on-site parking and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting lifting, pushing, pulling andmoving items.
• Frequently requires the ability to lift and move heavy (up to 50lbs.) and bulky items without assistance.
• Standing for long periods of time.

Additional Information

Work environment: Work is conducted in an indoor production environment; the employee is not exposed to any outside environmental conditions.

Status: Full time / regular (40 hours per week)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30am- 5:00pm)

Rate of pay: In compliance with the New York City salary transparency requirements, the hourly rate for this position is $17.50-$18.00 per hour; which may be increased upon successful completion of the 90th day introductory period.
