Job summary

You will support packaging graphics, collaborate with a global team, and help develop packaging structures and specifications while gaining hands-on experience with major brands like DEWALT and CRAFTSMAN. You will work with Artios CAD, TOPS/Cape, and Adobe Creative to design prototypes and packaging solutions, and you’ll engage in cross-functional projects across

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior with a 2027 or 2028 graduation target.
• Pursuing a degree in Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering or related field.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Basic understanding of packaging manufacturing processes (printing, die-cutting, thermoforming, injection, blow molding).
• Basic understanding of packaging materials (corrugated, paperboard, plastic).
• Familiar with Artios CAD, TOPS/Cape and Adobe Creative.

Responsibilities

• Design, innovate, and execute packaging solutions with available resources.
• Collaborate with global packaging team and suppliers on requirements and priorities.
• Develop packaging structures to balance quality and cost using regional materials and testing.
• Develop specifications, labeling, and approvals for packaging structures.
• Create prototypes for customer reviews and sales pitches with major retailers.
