Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Packaging and Identification Specialist to manage the packaging and identification of Engine Mobile Aftermarket products and private branded items. You will work with Engineering and Account Managers to ensure proper packaging and labeling.

You will design artwork and graphics, review graphics with Engineering and Production, select materials, and ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements. This role coordinates packaging projects across teams.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in graphic design, commercial art, or structural packaging design.
• Four-year BA technical degree in graphic design or commercial art preferred, with two years of packaging/design experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine desired identification and packaging with Product Management, PMO, Account Managers and customers.
• Review packaging concepts with Engineering, Production and suppliers for feasibility.
• Research new packaging materials, capabilities, and suppliers to meet needs.
• Design artwork and graphics for product identification and packaging.
• Obtain customer graphics or approvals for new graphics.
• Ensure packaging complies with industry standards and laws.
• Coordinate packaging tests for new materials or comparisons.
• Define pallet patterns per distribution inputs.
• Create and maintain packaging identification standards.
• Review changes to identify packaging updates.
