Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years packaging engineering experience.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, design standards and validation processes.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging solutions for automotive components and assemblies.
• Evaluate packaging requirements to ensure product protection, cost efficiency, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing plants, and logistics teams on packaging implementation.
• Conduct packaging validation, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Create packaging specifications, standards, and documentation.
