Job summary

North Freeze Dry LLC in Little Falls, MN is seeking a Packaging Material Handler to support the packaging area, move product to the line with a forklift, and ensure accurate materials flow. You will follow quality and sanitation programs, maintain logs, and work with the ERP system to track inventory and lot codes.

This role requires a high school diploma, basic manufacturing experience, forklift skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months working experience in a manufacturing/production facility preferred.
• Forklift experience (6+ months preferred), training provided, must be willing to obtain.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for an extended period.

Responsibilities

• Produce the required quantity of batched recipes within specifications and production plan.
• Maintain logs/records of units produced and errors.
• Perform pre-operational equipment tasks and process inspections.
• Follow Quality Program and Master Sanitation Schedule for quality/sanitation.
• Report maintenance/quality opportunities to supervisors.
• Interface with the plant ERP system to ensure inventory control and lot traceability.
• Maintain a clean, safe, orderly work area.
