Job summary

North Freeze Dry is seeking a Dry Ingredient Operator in Little Falls, Minnesota. You will prepare recipes and operate dry ingredient production machinery, backing up Meat Preparation Operator, and ensure quality and safety standards.

You will manage batch production, inspect materials, maintain logs, use ERP system for inventory, and perform pre-operational maintenance. This role requires physical work, forklift operation, and teamwork in a fast-paced food manufacturing plant in a collaborative

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow food safety, quality, and safety procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Produces the required quantity of batched recipes within specifications and production plan.
• Inspects materials and in-process materials for quality and recipe compliance.
• Maintains logs/records of units produced and rejects.
• Performs pre-operational equipment and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Performs quality and sanitation functions per program and schedule.
• Interfaces with ERP for inventory control, lot traceability, and tracking.
