Job summary

IP Corporation is hiring for an Operator (Fillout) to join the Hickory, NC on-site production team. The role focuses on packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment in accordance with company standards and customer specs.

The Operator (Fillout) will verify batch numbers, operate fill and packaging equipment, conduct quality checks, and maintain production records in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fill containers with finished products according to specifications and procedures.
• Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment.
• Verify product identity, batch numbers, and packaging accuracy.
• Operate fillout and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product and packaging standards are met.
• Maintain accurate production and packaging records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Handle materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate issues or discrepancies to leads and supervisors.
