Qualifications

• Knowledge of packaging equipment and manufacturing operations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot routine equipment issues.
• Ability to perform equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers.
• Understanding of manufacturing quality standards and process controls.
• Ability to identify product defects and implement routine corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wrapping, spooling, winding, case packing, cartoning, and palletizing equipment.
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and machine adjustments to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor packaging equipment performance and maintain production at safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Complete production documentation accurately and communicate equipment status during shift transitions.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
