Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of packaging equipment repair experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to follow precise documentation and GMP procedures. On-site role with potential overtime to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing major packaging equipment.
• 3-5 years experience repairing manufacturing packaging equipment.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair all packaging line systems and equipment.
• Make changeover adjustments for product bag/box sizes and machines.
• Report food safety and quality issues to Plant management and SQFP.
• Follow GMP rules and monitor GMP compliance.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure packaging equipment functions properly.
• Assist in the training of others.
• Maintain equipment to meet production goals.
