Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Packaging Engineering Co-Op in Arden Hills, MN. You will assist engineers in developing packaging and labeling solutions, compiling test data, and supporting validation activities under supervision.

The role runs May 2027–December 2027 with on-site work 4–5 days a week. A formal training plan will be provided, and relocation/housing assistance may be available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Packaging.
• Graduation dates between December 2027 and May 2030.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Available for an 8-month co-op from May 2027 to December 2027.
• Reliable transportation to Arden Hills, MN and Maple Grove, MN.

Responsibilities

• Assist Package Engineers with test protocols, reports and change control.
• Support on-site packaging lab testing, visuals and performance tests.
• Attend vendor and customer visits and usability testing.
• Document procedures and maintain good documentation practices in a regulated industry.
