Job summary

Stryker is seeking Mechanical Engineering interns who will apply classroom knowledge to real-world medical technology projects. You will gain exposure to leaders, mentors, and a culture focused on innovation and teamwork.

You will work on R&D teams, using CAD/FEA to develop concepts, document processes, and present findings. The program targets students in relevant majors in the U.S. with a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; must remain enrolled after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn in a dynamic environment.
