Job summary

Stryker invites motivated engineering interns to contribute to meaningful projects in a fast-paced setting. You will work with cross-functional teams on future products, applying classroom knowledge to real-world challenges and presenting findings to leadership.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, maintain a 3.0 GPA, and are legally eligible to work in the U.S. The program offers mentorship and exposure to leaders in a culture of innovation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and must remain enrolled.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at time of hire.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify needs and goals of future products.
• Research technologies and customer expectations to inform concept development.
• Drive concepts from idea through design into production with CAD/FEA tools.
