Job summary

You must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field with a 3.0+ GPA, be authorized to work in the U.S., and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled after internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Apply classroom knowledge to real projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Contribute to meaningful projects across R&D, NPD, Product Engineering, and Test Lab.
• Document processes and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
