Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs and goals of future products with cross-functional teams.
• Research technologies, customer expectations, and business requirements to guide concepts.
• Use CAD/FEA and Test Labs to develop concepts and drive from concept to production.
