Internships usually begin the end of May through early September. Mueller Sports Medicine (MSM) looks for candidates that are academically strong with a passion for their field of study. MSM provides opportunities for internships in marketing, innovation, purchasing, logistics, information technology (IT), finance and accounting, or customer service. An intern can expect to virtually and/or in-person meet with associates, vendors, customers to explore future career opportunities. If the intern chooses to take the internship for credit, MSM is willing to accommodate any recordkeeping or evaluation requirements. This specific internship provides hands-on experience in packaging design, development, and optimization within the sports medicine industry. As a Packaging Engineering Intern, you will collaborate with our team of experienced professionals to support the development of packaging solutions for our diverse range of products.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills; ability to stand or sit, bend or stoop, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light weights of up to 20 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read. The team member frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Position requires frequent typing. Position may require limited local business travel.
