Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in packaging engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Two years of post-high school education and enrolled for fall semester at a technical college or four-year university.
• GPA in good academic standing and interest in packaging design/innovation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in 50% package design and optimization projects with planning, prototyping, evaluation, and presenting findings to executives.
• Support packaging solutions development for new and existing products across the lifecycle.
• Contribute ideas to enhance user experience and reduce costs while collaborating with product development, manufacturing, and QA teams.
• Assist material research/testing and regulatory/compliance activities as part of the packaging program.
• Maintain documentation of specifications, test results, and compliance records; prepare reports and presentations.
