The role emphasizes design, validation, and collaboration with manufacturing to optimize protection and cost. The ideal candidate holds an undergraduate degree in Packaging, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering and has at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Packaging, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Onsite role based in Lafayette, CO, with full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test containers for protection, display, and handling of products.
• Determine packaging specifications considering product nature, cost, and regulatory requirements.
• Design package exteriors focusing on product identification, aesthetics, printing, and production techniques.
• Manage GMP documentation and coordinate GMP practices in manufacturing facilities.
• Support prototype line development in manufacturing facilities.
