Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of food manufacturing and packaging experience.
• Ability to work in manufacturing facilities to test and troubleshoot.
• Based in Jackson plant, Ohio or Columbus, Ohio.
• Willingness to travel if needed.
• Strong analytical and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement packaging for new products across primary, secondary, shipper and pallet.
• Conduct packaging tests from lab prototype to production.
• Perform seal, drop, and transportation tests.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers, R&D, production, and finance.
• Lead or support projects with budgeting, scheduling, and resources.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for packaging issues.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
