Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years packaging engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and analysis.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, properties, and processes.
• Experience with packaging line optimization, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ISTA, ASTM, FDA packaging standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging solutions for new and existing products.
• Optimize packaging for cost-efficiency, sustainability, and manufacturability.
• Conduct packaging material testing and validation for performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing on packaging projects.
• Develop and maintain packaging specifications, standards, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve packaging issues on the production line.
• Research and implement new packaging technologies and materials.
